  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) dark ale
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chip ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Make It

1. In a medium-size bowl, beat cream on medium-high speed until frothy. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until soft peaks form.

2. Divide the beer evenly between two 12 ounce glasses. Place a 1/3 cup scoop ice cream into each. Top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
