  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.

  • Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.

  • Pour the wet ingredients over the oat mixture and stir to combine well.

  • Press mixture into prepared baking pan.

  • Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Allow to cool completely then cut into sixteen 4 1/2x 1 1/2 -inch bars.
