Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cooked barley
  • 1 cup Greek whole milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fruit puree of choice
  • 1/2 cup honey

Make It

1. In a small mixing bowl, combine yogurt and barley and divide equally into 4 jars.

2. Top with 2 tablespoons of fruit puree.
