Rhubarb Sauce

Rhubarb Sauce
Yield: 1-1/2 cups Prep 5 mins Cook 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 rhubarb, fresh or thawed frozen, chopped (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons light-brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Make It

1. Simmer in saucepan, covered, rhubarb, orange juice, light-brown sugar, and honey until rhubarb is tender, 10 minutes. Puree half of mixture in processor or blender. Combine with remaining mixture. Chill. Serve over ice cream or plain cake. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
