Mousse-filled Crepes

When you need a dessert in a hurry, turn to this five-ingredient recipe. Simply fill purchased crepes with mousse made from a packaged mix and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

  • 1 2.8 ounce package mocha mousse
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur, if desired
  • 8 packaged crepes
  • chocolate syrup
  • nonfat whipped topping

Make It

1. Prepare mocha mousse, following package directions. Add 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur, if desired. Chill until firm. Place 1/4 cup mousse in center of each crepes. Roll up; drizzle with chocolate syrup. Dollop with nonfat whipped topping. Makes 8 servings.
