1. Prepare mocha mousse, following package directions. Add 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur, if desired. Chill until firm. Place 1/4 cup mousse in center of each crepes. Roll up; drizzle with chocolate syrup. Dollop with nonfat whipped topping. Makes 8 servings.
