Maple-Praline Sauce

  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed dark-brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Make It

1. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat.

2. Add pecans; cook, stirring, until the pecans are lightly browned. Gradually add sugar, stirring until smooth.

3. Stir in the water and maple syrup. Bring to boiling; boil, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Serve the sauce warm.
