Ingredients

Kabobs:
  • 4 kiwi, peeled and each cut into 4 thick slices
  • 16 pineapple chunks
  • 16 strawberries
Strawberry Sauce:
  • 1 container (8 ounces) strawberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-fruit strawberry spread
Blueberry Sauce:
  • 1 container (8 ounces) blueberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-fruit blueberry spread

Make It

1. Alternately thread the fruit on each of eight 6-inch skewers.

Prepare Strawberry Sauce:

2. Stir together the strawberry yogurt, sour cream and fruit spread in a small bowl.

Prepare Blueberry Sauce:

3. In a second small bowl, stir together the blueberry yogurt, sour cream and fruit spread.

4. Serve the 2 sauces with the fruit kabobs for dipping.
