Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups reduced-fat baking mix
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate pieces
  • Syrup or jam

Make It

1. Mix baking mix, milk, eggs, cocoa powder and sugar in large bowl. Fold in chocolate pieces. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot nonstick skillet; cook until bubbles form on top; flip pancakes; cook through. Serve with syrup or jam.
