Blueberry Sauce

This blueberry and orange juice sauce makes a healthy topper for ice cream or pancakes.

Blueberry Sauce
Yield: 2 cups


  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Make It

1. Stir together all ingredients in a saucepan and bring them to a boil. Lower the heat and boil gently for 8 minutes, or until mixture gets thick. Be sure to stir the sauce often during cooking. Serve warm or chilled.
