Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine berries, sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch in bowl. Spoon into prepared dish.
Stir together flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal. Whisk together milk and egg. Stir into flour mixture until just blended; do not over mix. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls over blueberry mixture. Mix together cinnamon and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar in small bowl; sprinkle over cobbler.
Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 40 minutes until top is golden brown. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream if you wish.
