In bowl, mix walnuts, honey, syrup, cinnamon and cloves.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread 17 x 12-inch sheet phyllo dough on work surface; cover remaining sheets with plastic wrap and damp towel. Brush half the sheet along length with melted butter. Fold in half lengthwise (17 x 6-inch rectangle). Brush with butter; cut in half lengthwise (two 17 x 3-inch strips). Place heaping teaspoon nut mixture on one end of strip. Fold corner diagonally over filling to make triangle; continue folding, flag style, until strip is folded into a triangle. Place, seam side down, on ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with other strip, and remaining phyllo and filling (for a total of 24 triangles).
Bake in 375 degree F oven 13 to 15 minutes, until golden and crispy. Cool on rack. Store airtight up to 3 days. Just before serving, dust with confectioners sugar.
