1. In a glass bowl, combine 2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth, 1/2 cup water, 3/4 tsp curry and 1/4 tsp salt. Microwave 4 minutes until boiling. Stir in 1 1/4 cups couscous and cover with plastic. After 5 minutes, fluff with fork and fold in 2 cups chopped cooked turkey, 1 cup green grapes, quartered, and 3 sliced scallions. Microwave 1/3 cup Major Grey's chutney for 15 seconds; drizzle over the couscous. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sliced almonds.
