  • Frost cupcakes. Roll edges of larger cupcakes in star sprinkles. Roll edges of mini cupcakes in nonpareils. Wrap a piece of fruit leather around one end of each licorice bundle. Separate the licorice pieces at other end. Insert a bundle into center of each mini cupcake. Stack mini cupcakes on top of larger cupcakes.
