Place a baking sheet in the oven and heat it to 400°. Unfold puff pastry on a piece of parchment paper. In a bowl, mix apple pie filling, raisins, and cinnamon. Spoon the mixture onto the pastry so that it forms a long mound in the center, parallel to the short sides. Fold the short sides over, then fold in the top and bottom to seal in the filling. Lifting the parchment at both ends, roll the strudel so that it lies seam side down. Place the paper and strudel onto the hot baking sheet and bake it until golden, about 30 minutes. Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream.
