- 1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- 2/3 - 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh mint (optional garnish)
1. In a food processor, pulse cranberries, pomegranate arils, 2/3 cup of the sugar and the lemon juice until combined and a relish-like consistency. Add more sugar, as needed, for desired level of sweetness.
