- 1 12 ounce bag fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Pinch ground cloves
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup honey
1. In a medium saucepan combine cranberries, grapes, brown sugar, orange juice, cloves and salt. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and sauce thickens, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in honey. Serve at room temperature.
