Heat oven to 200°F. Puree all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour fruit mixture into the pan, and spread into an even layer with a spatula, about 1/4-inch thick.
Bake 4 to 5 hours, until the middle is dry. Remove from oven and let cool.
Cut into strips with kitchen shears, with paper attached, and serve. Store in a plastic storage bag for up to 2 weeks.
