Cran-Raspberry Fruit Leather

Making fruit leather is incredibly simple -- and it's a yummy way to use up any extra cranberry sauce!

  • 1 can (14 oz.) cranberry sauce, about 11/2 cups
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or thawed from frozen and drained of liquid)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Make It

1. Heat oven to 200 degrees F. Puree all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour fruit mixture into the pan, and spread into an even layer with a spatula, about 1/4-inch thick.

2. Bake 4 to 5 hours, until the middle is dry. Remove from oven and let cool.

3. Cut into strips with kitchen shears, with paper attached, and serve. Store in a plastic storage bag for up to 2 weeks.
