Raspberry-Chocolate Pierogi

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Stenciled Sugar Cookies dough (see www.familycircle.com)
  • 1/3 cup raspberry-chocolate bits
  • red chocolate coating disks

Make It

1. Prepare Stenciled Sugar Cookies dough. Cut into rounds with 2-1/2-inch round cookie cutter. Place 1/2 teaspoon raspberry-chocolate bits in center of each. Moisten edges of rounds; fold in half; press edges together. Cut "X" in top of each. Bake in 350 degree F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned at edges. Cool. Melt red chocolate coating disks; drizzle over cookies. Makes 32 cookies.
