  • Basic Holiday Cookie dough (
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1/4 cup glaceed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Make It

1. Prepare Basic Holiday Cookie ( dough, with the following changes: Substitute rum extract for vanilla; stir glaceed pineapple and shredded coconut into dough. Wrap in plastic; refrigerate until well chilled.

2. For each cookie, drop rounded teaspoon of dough onto baking sheets. Top each cookie with half glaceed cherry. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
