Makes: 24 cookies. Prep: 15 minutes. Bake: at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
1. Heat oven to 350 degree F.
2. On waxed paper, stir together flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until blended. Add in both sugars; continue to beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. On low speed, beat in flour mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate until combined.
3. Place scant 1/4-cup scoops of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degree F for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes.
4. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
