Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine the cake mix, oats, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Combine the oil and eggs in another bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring well. Add in the cranberries and vanilla.
Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on sheet for 1 minute. Place on wire racks to cool.
