In a large bowl stir together the crumbs, peanut butter, maple syrup, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined. Shape into 24 1 1/4-inch balls, placing on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or tray as you shape. Use a fork to flatten and make a criss-cross design on each ball. Before serving, spoon about 1/2 teaspoon marshmallow creme on each cookie and drizzle lightly with chocolate syrup.
