Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray three heart-shaped pans (or as many as you like); set aside.
Divide frozen dough into three equal parts; freeze two parts while you work.
Press dough evenly into one of the pans; gently push to edges. Keep dough thick so cookies aren't too fragile. Place in freezer. Repeat steps with other dough.
Bake cookies for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool thoroughly.
Frost cookies evenly. Before frosting hardens, press candies into cookies.
Use 7- to 9-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter for bite-sized cookies. Smaller cookies bake faster.
