  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat confectioners' sugar, softened butter, orange juice and orange extract until good spreading consistency. Spread flat side of half the cookies with filling. Top each with a plain cookie. Refrigerate 1 hour. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
