Heat oven to 375°F. Sift flour, baking soda and salt into a bowl.
On medium-high speed, beat butter in large bowl until creamy. Add sugars; beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
On low speed, beat in flour mixture until well blended. Stir in semisweet chocolate morsels, walnuts and white chocolate. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in 375°F oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool cookies on baking sheet on wire rack for 2 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container.
