Heat oven to 375°F. Coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat bananas, brown sugar, honey, oil, and egg until well-combined.
In medium bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat flour mixture into banana mixture until combined. Stir in chocolate.
Drop batter onto baking sheets in tablespoon measurements, spacing 1 inch apart. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until cookies are golden-brown. Cool on wire rack.
