1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat bananas, brown sugar, honey, oil, and egg until well-combined.
2. In medium bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat flour mixture into banana mixture until combined. Stir in chocolate.
3. Drop batter onto baking sheets in tablespoon measurements, spacing 1 inch apart. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until cookies are golden-brown. Cool on wire rack.
