1. Place 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (12 ounces) in a resealable plastic bag and freeze at least 3 hours.
2. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, 1 container (17 ounces) chilled Vita Coco coconut water, 2 containers (6 ounces each) pineapple yogurt (such as Chobani), 1 cup sweetened flake coconut and 1 small can (6 ounces) pineapple juice. Blend until creamy and smooth.
