Cinnamon Vanilla Pudding

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon

Make It

1. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually whisk in the milk. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.

2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.

3. Pour into individual serving bowls; cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap. Chill for 30 minutes or until set.
