  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup seltzer

Make It

1. Pour the milk into a tall glass. Whisk in the chocolate syrup and cinnamon with a long spoon.

2. Add the seltzer and stir vigorously with the spoon to make the drink bubble up, so there is a big white top of foam. Drink at once before the foam subsides.
