- 10 apples (about 5 lbs), peeled, cored, and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Combine all ingredients in a 4 to 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours (or on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours).
2. Stir and mash apples, or transfer to a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency for baby.
