Chocolate Nut and Fruit Clusters

  • 12 ounces premium milk chocolate pieces
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped cashews
  • 3/4 cup dark raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or chopped dried apricots

Make It

1. Melt chocolate, stirring, in top of double boiler or in heavy-bottomed saucepan over very low heat.

2. Add cashews, raisins and cranberries. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed-paper-lined baking sheets. Let stand until hardened, 2 hours. Store in airtight container in cool spot up to 1 month.
