Chocolate-Hazelnut Fondue

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup hazelnut syrup
  • pinch salt
  • Pound cake cubes, mini pretzels, strawberries, dried apricots, bananas and marshmallows

Make It

1. In a medium-size heavy-bottomed pot, combine chocolate and cream. Cook over medium heat until melted and smooth. Stir in hazelnut syrup and salt. Transfer to a fondue pot and place over a low flame. Serve with pound cake cubes, mini pretzels, strawberries, dried apricots, bananas and marshmallows.
