Choco-Swirl Pudding

  • Vanilla Pudding (from a package or your favorite recipe)
  • 1 1/2 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 ounce milk chocolate, cut into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons low-fat (1%) milk
  • 1 cup raspberries

1. Make the pudding.

Make chocolate sauce:

2. Combine all the chocolate and milk in small bowl. Set bowl in pan of barely simmering water and stir until melted and smooth. (Sauce may be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)

To serve:

3. Just before serving, rewarm sauce if necessary. Drizzle 1 tablespoon sauce over each serving of pudding. Scatter raspberries over top.
