Chilly Chocolate Fondue

  • 10 ounces silken tofu, drained (1 rounded cup)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons acacia or other mild floral honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Make It

1. Puree all ingredients in a blender on low speed for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl and chill at least 15 minutes before serving. Serve with fruit.
