1. Crumble cooked bacon into small bowl with chopped mushrooms and herbed-garlic cheese.
2. Flatten 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves. Spread cheese mixture over breasts; fold up envelope style. Coat with flour. Cook, seam side down, in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in skillet, turning, until browned on all sides.
3. Transfer to baking dish. Bake in 350 degree F oven 15 minutes or until cooked through. Makes 4 servings.
