  • Press blanched garlic through garlic press (or chop) into food processor or blender. Add cilantro leaves. Whirl to chop finely. Add lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, pepper sauce and peanut butter. Whirl until consistency of sauce. Thin sauce with 1/4 cup of the boiling water, or as needed.

  • Place strips of chicken and noodles in boiling water; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and noodles are tender. Drain; toss chicken and noodles with sesame sauce in serving bowl. Garnish with green onions. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
