1. Cook chopped onion, diced sweet green pepper, curry powder in the 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan for 5 minutes. Add rice pilaf mix, seasoning packet and 2 cups water. Simmer, covered, 7 minutes. Add diced chicken breast and 1/4 cup raisins; cook 10 to 15 minutes, until rice and chicken are done. Makes 4 servings.
