This quick and easy chicken recipe can be ready in 20 minutes. The creamy mustard and wine sauce is utterly delicious over the sauteed chicken and broccoli.
1. Saute chicken breast halves in butter in skillet, turning once, 12 minutes, until cooked through. Remove to platter.
2. To skillet, add wine, mustard, cream, salt and pepper.Add broccoli spears; simmer 6 to 8 minutes. Pour over chicken. Makes 6 servings.
