A rotisserie chicken flavored with Greek seasoning and lemon juice takes most of the guesswork out of this easy main-dish recipe that can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.
In a medium bowl, toss together chicken, lemon juice, Greek seasoning and paprika; set aside. In a small bowl, stir chopped cucumber, red onion and mint into yogurt.
Cut pita bread in half and open pocket. Stuff with salad mix and chicken mixture; serve with spoonfuls of the yogurt sauce. Accompany with lemon slices, if desired.
