Heat oven to 375°F. To preapre wings, remove wing tips and discard, and separate into 2 pieces at joint.
Combine in large bowl barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, red-wine vinegar, hot sauce and green onions, sliced.
Place wings on a baking sheet; coat with sauce. Spread on baking sheet. Bake, turning wings with tongs every 15 minutes, until fully cooked, 45 minutes. Set oven to broil. Broil wings on both sides until crispy, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
