1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Combine tomato sauce, honey, vinegar, cinnamon and garlic salt. Stir well. Remove 1 cup of the mixture and set aside. Remove and discard skin from drumsticks. Place drumsticks in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and brush with remaining tomato sauce mixture. Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes, turning and brushing with liquids in pan occasionally.
3. Meanwhile, cook orzo in boiling salted water until tender, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain well. Place in saucepan along with reserved 1 cup tomato mixture, diced tomato, raisins and olives. Heat over low heat. Serve alongside drumsticks. Sprinkle with almonds.
