- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, only for kids 4 and over
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pinch of salt
1. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle the dressing over salad and toss it together.
