Deborah Madison's Oregano-Laced Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Make It

1. Combine olive oil, oregano, salt and red pepper flakes. Pour over lamp chops; turn to coat. Add lemon slices.

2. Marinate in fridge, covered, several hours. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes; grill or broil about 3 minutes per side or until golden.
