Creamy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 20 ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 48 ounce can chicken broth
  • 1 6-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Make It

1. Saute onion and garlic in melted butter in saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add frozen mixed vegetables and chicken broth. Simmer 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

2. Add chicken and heavy cream. Gently heat through. Serve at once.
