In a large saucepan, add 1 Tbs. olive oil to enough water to cook pasta. Heat to boiling. Meanwhile, in a large, deep skillet, warm remaining olive oil over medium heat. Stir in tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, and basil. Saute vegetables, stirring often, about five minutes. Stir in chicken and continue stirring until heated through.
Add pasta to boiling water, reduce heat to medium, and cook one minute. Drain pasta and divide among individual pasta bowls. Top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
