Heat oven to 350°F.
Whisk egg, milk, mustard, salt and pepper in bowl. Whisk in flour. Place crumbs in pan. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then crumbs. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray.
Bake in 350°F oven 20 minutes, until cooked through. Serve with sauce.
Mix honey, Dijon mustard, reduced-fat mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Makes 1 cup.
