  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, lime juice and hot sauce.

  • Fill a large skillet halfway with water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 4 minutes or until cooked through; set aside. When cool enough to handle, shred chicken using two forks and place pieces in a large serving bowl.

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook noodles following package directions. Add broccoli florets to pot for final 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water.

  • Place noodle mixture and red pepper in serving bowl with chicken. Drizzle soy sauce mixture on top and toss well to coat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired, and serve at room temperature or cold.
