1. Prepare grill or heat broiler. Simmer potatoes in water in covered saucepan until just tender, 12 minutes. Drain.Prepare sauce:
2. In skillet, cook bacon, onion and garlic 6 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons water; cook 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire, salt and hot sauce; simmer 6 minutes to thicken.
3. Skewer pieces of pineapple, chicken, and potato on 6 skewers. Reserve half the sauce to serve with kabobs.
4. Grill 5 inches over medium-hot coals, or broil 5 inches from heat, basting frequently with half the sauce, for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Serve kabobs with reserved sauce, if desired.
