  • Skewer pieces of pineapple, chicken, and potato on 6 skewers. Reserve half the sauce to serve with kabobs.

  • Grill 5 inches over medium-hot coals, or broil 5 inches from heat, basting frequently with half the sauce, for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Serve kabobs with reserved sauce, if desired.
