Heat oven to 375°F. Grease large baking pan.
Cut off wing tips; save for soup or stock. Cut wings in half at joint.
Combine chili sauce, honey, soy, mustard, vinegar, pepper sauce, scallion and salt in large bowl. Add wings. Place wings in baking pan.
Bake in 375°F oven for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
Set oven to broil. Broil wings until crisp, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
